I have been using dentists in and around Ipswich for the last 50+ years and moved to The Capel Dental Practice about 6 years ago. From the start, the practice provided a friendly and professional service and my six-monthly reviews soon changed to annual ones. Recently the practice came up trumps when I started to get issues. They were quick to respond to my request for help and always pleasant and courteous in our dealings. Five visits later, hopefully things will start to settle down now and I won't need to return again until my next scheduled check-up (no offence!). That said (and pain aside) it has been a pleasure visiting the practice: the dentists and dental nurses are excellent, as are the reception staff. I would definitely The Capel Dental Practice recommend to others. Thank you!

Always received great care from my dentist there, the only small criticism, and this does not detract from the excellent service given by Ashley and the dentist nursing team, but sometimes the ladies on the reception desk can be quite abrupt and grumpy.

First time appointments for our 2 young children (age 4 & 2). The staff were so friendly and made the children feel very welcome and comfortable with a complete stranger looking in their mouths. Covid secure procedures. I love the fact that it is local to us and in our village as we don't like travelling to our local town. Excellent service. Definitely recommend.
